Janis White, Chief Operating Officer

Bette Baber, Chief Financial Officer
Bette is in charge of all of RCOC’s finances, including payments to service providers, fiscal reporting and audits, and information technology. RCOC’s human resources manager also reports to Bette. LeeAnn Christian, Director of Organizational Effectiveness
LeeAnn is responsible for the National Core Indicators (NCI) project, which is RCOC’s key tool for measuring its performance. Peter Himber, M.D., Medical Director
A board certified adult and child neurologist, Dr. Himber is RCOC’s Chief Medical Officer. He is responsible for the clinical team that determines eligibility for RCOC services and advises case management on the services required to meet the health and behavioral needs of consumers. Patricia Glancy, Intake Manager
Patricia oversees the Intake Department -- the first point of contact for people seeking services through RCOC. Intake is responsible for the assessments that determine whether an individual meets the state-mandated eligibility requirements to receive services funded by the State of California. Rosalinda Lopez, East/Central Area Manager
Based in RCOC’s corporate office in Santa Ana, Rosalinda is responsible for the case management of approximately 4,200 consumers who live in the eastern and central parts of Orange County.
