Performance Contract

Regional Center of Orange County’s performance contract with the State of California spells out the goals that the Center has for the community during the coming year. It also includes the specific ways that the Center plans to achieve those goals. As each year’s contract is being developed, RCOC seeks community input. The Board of Directors monitors the Center’s progress throughout the year, and RCOC issues a progress report at the end of the year.

National Core Indicators

Since 2001, RCOC has participated in the National Core Indicators Project which is a nationally-recognized research project that measures RCOC’s performance alongside that of similar organizations across the United States. Involvement with NCI provides the Center with objective information about evolving client and family needs, and their satisfaction with the quality and effectiveness of the services and supports they receive.
