The Consumer/Client Advisory Team (CAT) is a group of RCOC adult clients that meets once a month. The group discusses issues that are important to those with developmental disabilities, like advocacy and independence. The CAT chairperson advises the RCOC Board of Directors about the groups concerns.

In addition to discussing important issues, the Team often enjoys social activities at its meetings throughout the year. It is a very diverse group, and always welcomes new members!
